By accessing and using Rentedsouls, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Acceptable Use

You agree to only upload images of yourself or individuals who have explicitly consented to have their image processed. You may not use our service to generate deepfakes of public figures, political figures, or any non-consenting individuals. We maintain strict filters for inappropriate content; attempting to bypass these will result in an immediate permanent ban.

Pro License & Commercial Use

Free tier generations are strictly for personal use. Users subscribed to the Professional plan are granted a commercial license for all images generated during their active subscription period, allowing use in professional portfolios, marketing materials, and commercial media.
